Runestone Games Limited

Runestone Games was established at the beginning of 2004 by Jonathan Fisher and Julian Wolter, two exceptional personalities in the mobile games industry. The purpose of the company is to create unique games software for every new generation of mobile handset.

Games from Runestone will be characterised by vivid colour, graphics, sound and technical innovation. But most importantly they will offer the player the best possible gaming experience in a world filled with imagination.

Jonathan Fisher graduated Imperial College in London, with a First Class Masters degree in Software Engineering. Programming games since the age of ten, Jonathan chose to ignore a lucrative career in investment banking to follow his passion for playing and making computer entertainment. Having reached the position of lead programmer and winning critical acclaim for the games he designed and created, only the opportunity to found Runestone Games would allow him to fully realise his ambitions.

Julian Wolter graduated from University College London with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Working in the Games Industry is something he has always wanted to do. And now he does.

Runestone Games specialises in sofware written for the J2ME platform created by Sun MicroSystems (TM). This content is available to download on a wide range of mobile phones, and at this time handsets from Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony-Ericsson, BenQ, Siemens, LG, Panasonic, Sharp and Sagem are supported.
